Believe
Believe in your ability. Believe in your future. Believe in your ideas. Believe in your plans. Believe in your choices. Believe in your creativity. Believe in your strength. Believe in your resilience. Believe in your inner intelligence. Believe in your possibilities. Believe in your value.
Believe in you.
What You Believe
What you believe determines how you see the world. What you believe determines the labels you give things. What you believe determines whether you waste or use your potential. What you believe determines how you feel about yourself. What you believe determines how things affect you; for good or bad. What you believe determines how you interact and communicate. What you believe determines how you treat people, including yourself. What you believe determines how you let others treat you. What you believe determines the decisions you make. What you believe determines the action you take. What you believe determines the results you produce.
What you believe determines your personal reality.
So…
What do you believe? Where did those beliefs come from? Do your beliefs serve you or sabotage you? Is it time for some new beliefs? Better beliefs?
I believe in you. You should too.

I believe in the creative process because it the foundation of …everything…(not necessarily a process strictly for the artist or musician) one can be creative at baking a cake, writing a poem, creating a positive environment, creating something special for loved ones, growing things…
Got to give the last words to Albert Einstein who had both heart and mind…. “There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.
I believe in the latter.
..and CH and the like minded “tribe” on this site.
Wow, as per usual, you have the best timing Craig! I am an adult student trying to get into vet school (in NZ), and it’s so hard … everyone keeps saying that I can do it, but I’m finding it tough … and I don’t want to let anyone down.
Me believing in myself is key, I know this. Now I just need to act upon it.
Thank you for the timely reminder
Without belief we wouldn’t have anything – the world is based on belief.
Hi Craig
Thank’s’ for believing in me muchly. I really am grateful for your support & being just ‘you’ in my life. I know now, it was for a reason and has lasted longer than a season and know it is for a lifetime of fun and friendship.
You are a rockstar..

Ummm Motivational Speakers, I’m not not sure why you would put the obvious but anyway this is not the forum for criticism.
Again, I have to point out that beliefs become an issue when you decided you don’t follow them and the others do. Whilst there are cultural and moral boundaries, I can’t just believe the earth is flat and expect others to as well but it is ok for me to do so, when you no longer follow others’s beliefs you end up alone. I found that out. Not only alone and hated.
Yet, for me to not stand with smokers and drinkers at the pub who criticised me for doing neither perhaps that belief I had that I did not want to go down the same paths as them health and self-esteem wise, it was not a heavy price to pay to lose their company
At the moment I feel like i am in somewhat of a belief crisis….the what if’s of life….
Every time I think I know what I believe something changes. Either I am challenged to stand up for what I believe or I have an opportunity to voice an opinion about my beliefs. Sometimes I do and feel like I have failed and sometimes I don’t and sometimes I think why bother. It is in these moments I am the most unsure…who am I to say what is a true belief. My beliefs are my reality, not yours, and they have little influence on how you will live your life. Diversity is our collective strength but it is also our defining weakness. Why can’t we see what is good and work towards it together? The big beliefs in the world (or lack of) trouble me deeply.
I’m confident that I have largely rewired from many of the dogma I had instilled during the early journey however this “enlightenment” provides more wisdom in that the more I understand about who I am the less I know. Then I wonder why do I need to know? Why can’t I just exist….how is it that the world is so determined to distract us from exploring the wonders that surround us.
Perhaps my belief is to have none…is that wrong?
Or is it just me….?
I believe a cute version of this is in order. ;P
“With out thoughts, we make the world” – The Buddha
I love this quote since it really tells us that whatever happens in our lives are up to us. Whatever happens in the world are up to us.
It makes us both responsible and self-determined.
Don’t let anyone steal your dreams or beliefs.
