Big Dan...

stop making me think and stop asking good questions..

I always start with the end in mind and work backwards from there. It is really important that we have a glass-half-full perspective and that we identify what's going 'right' in our life, while also addressing some of the negatives. I talk to many people who create their own world of misery... and I also talk to people who are in dire situations (I wrote about Lee in an earlier post - when inspiration walks in) who create something amazing out of the most desperate circumstance.

Good thinking is when we CHOOSE to learn a lesson when most would find a reason to throw in the towel.

Hi Craig, you must write a list of priorities, goals, etc. What do you base these on. How would person who is basically trying to stay afloat, let alone make a movement in a meaningful direction reorganise chaos. I agree that taking time to reflect is important, but the thinking processes might need changing. Do we need cornerstones(anchor points) from which to base our thoughts from. I know it's not about telling people what to think but how to think. Can you give an example of good thinking!!! It may seem stupid, but everyone thinks and reacts similarly to a point then the differences takeover and maybe that's where people get lost. Big Dan (Not that big) BERWICK.

I have always found that exercise is a great way to get headspace and clarity. It also helps me with stress management. Does being physically fitter make it easier to cope with every day situations?
Karnataka
INDIA

Craig, I think you make a good point about "surrounding yourself with great people who have the skills, abilities, time and knowledge that I don't.... and then letting them do what I can't."
I completely agree, but it is hard to find such people! You have to have enough self awareness to set your ego aside and understand that you do not know everything even though you are the boss in your world.
Thanks for your inspiration. I'm starting to rely on you! Is that good?
Manchester-UK
