Hello Rockstars. I hope this finds you well.
Something Different
Today, I’m sharing something a little different. I suspect that the majority of you won’t listen to today’s audio instalment (mainly for time reasons) but for those of you who can find the time, I think you’ll enjoy it and get something from it. It’s downloadable if that makes life easier for you MP3 Bunnies.
Last Friday, I was part of a teleconference facilitated by the good folks at Red Hot Events and Seminars. What started out as being an interview about my upcoming workshop on the Sunshine Coast morphed into a one-hour (plus) personal-development seminar delivered mostly by himself-dot-com. Our informal interview turned out to be a pretty interesting discussion about all things transformational.
On the call, you will hear Toni-Louise and Sue (from Red Hot) and Jen (from Goal Power) and, for good or bad, eighty percent of the talking is done by me. Keep in mind that what you’ll hear is a live recording of four people in four different places trying to enjoy a meaningful exchange so at times it’s a little lumpy and bumpy. The conversation is not scripted, edited or planned (clearly!) and the first time I ‘met’ the girls from Red Hot was live on the call. So, what you’ll hear is very organic, spontaneous and authentic.
I will mention that the language in the interview is, at times… ahem… somewhat relaxed. It’s fair to say that, for the most part, I forgot the conversion was being recorded. Yep, sharp as a bowling ball. Anyway, if you’re easily offended you might want to come back another day.
I hope you get a chance to listen.
Enjoy your day.

I have received so much positive feedback (and even an upcoming piece on the SFA Workshop in the Sunshine Coast Daily as a result!).
TL and Sue from Red Hot Events even suggested I should have interviewed you!! It was an awesome webinar and yes the result was a high energy ‘mini workshop’ – Content rich and filled with loads of ‘Craigisms’! Cant wait to intro you in person to the Sunny Coast on 12 Feb!

Interesting talk with lots of information. Also it’s so good to hear someone speak who doesn’t constantly interrupt or talk over the top of the other person to make a point, even though the lady you were talking to seemed to be positively expecting both those things to happen.
Awesome Craig. Thanks for sharing, I loved it. You have an entertaining way of presenting much-needed information. Love your work.

great listening.
my key takeaway…
life = 15% knowledge + 85% application + the ability to laugh at yourself.
downloaded & stored on ipod ready for listening tomorrow on my lunch break. Shall report back on thoughts.
I am one of your quiet wallflowers that religiously follows your blog, reads your books, and most importantly adopts your fitness and general wellbeing principals for my own. I am proud to have converted 4 friends into doing the same.
Thank you for sharing so very much. I do credit your words, website, books etc for getting my butt into gear (literally) and shedding 15 kilos of unwanted flab. Loving life

Sue is great. Before I comment on the podcast, which was good, I think you can go to every seminair in the world it is up to one to change and if one won’t then, well that is the way it is.
I have no negatives about the interview etc, on the positive side what I got out of it is the point about setting up the PT and being told it won’t be a success. Why, oh why, do humans do that??????? I know we have to have realistic goals, but when you float an idea most seem to jump on you not to change. Anyway we have addressed that in previous blog postings.
It isn’t about the 5 kilos, I can see that now. Our culture does tell us the outside in yes agree totally. We are just not good enough and we will be happy if we have X or Y. The six pack is not the cause of happiness,
I also suppose finding the good in something is great to know.
Good podcast let’s have more
