Nutrition
Many
nutritional experts confuse people with their jargon
and pseudo-science. Let Craig's Director of
Nutrition cut through the dietary confusion and
contradiction for you.
Fattitude
- Craig Harper
While many books focus on food,
Craig teaches that creating life-long change is more about the
dieter, than the actual diet. This book is perfect for people who have a
history of 'almost' getting in shape.
DVD
or CD - Renovate Your Body In this entertaining presentation, Craig discusses the
notion of Renovating Your Body - once and for all. Many of us have a curious
ability to be able to get in shape for events (weddings, parties, reunions
and birthdays), if only we'd get in shape for life.
Sue Nyoni
I'm a thirty-something, bi-continental, bibliophile. I
split my time between my first home and land of my
birth, Zimbabwe, and my second home in American's Garden
state, New Jersey. Regardless of what continent I'm on I
almost always have a book in hand. When I'm not reading
I work as a technology strategist for organizations and
individuals committed to making the world better. I love
pretty shoes, children, good music, good people and
doing good!
Victoria May
My name is Victoria May, I am 26 years old and quite
some time ago I caught the highly contagious “Zest for
Life” bug that most readers would have after reading the
daily motivational blogs and website of CH which is what
brings me here. I am a full time Sales and Marketing
Coordinator and Part Time fully qualified personal
trainer. I have a passion for health and fitness, body
sculpting and anything that involves ongoing personal
development and keeping in tip top shape. I love seeing
a smiling face and throwing myself into the unknown. My
love for reading personal development/motivational
books, (I hope) will rub off on you all after sharing
with you some of my personal favorites.
Jo Deeker
Hi, I’m Miss Jojo - a former fat slob turned fit chick.
I got healthy about 2 years ago by joining a gym and
have since replaced a rock n roll lifestyle with some
more healthy activities. I’m a corporate chick by day
(manager at a software firm) and glittery tap dancing
princess by night. My creative soul is energized by
making up fun tap dancing routines to my favorite songs,
and teaching at Glittery Tapping Wonderland studio in
the beachy suburbs of Melbourne. I recently started
playing the cello which is a lifelong dream, and also
very hard. In my spare time, I love to cook healthy
colourful meals with lashings of love for my partner and
step son, drink red wine (in moderation of course), and
swim at the beach. I’m thinking about joining the
women’s circus and really want to learn the German
wheel.

Elle St James
I was “reading” comics to my pre-school neighbours from
the age of 7 and writing my own stories from the age of
10. I remain passionate about both activities even
though I am now a mother, stepmother, wife and working
professional. I currently live on the west coast of
Australia but I am a gypsy at heart, moving regularly
between suburbs, states and even countries. I have
lived, worked and studied in North America (Canada and
USA) and Australia and love the energy and vibration of
both continents.
I am confident that life is a celebration, that
perseverance is rewarded and that belief will move
mountains.
Dee Britton
Hi, my name is Dee Britton and I am a thirty eight year
old woman (26 really) with an absolute passion for life.
I live in the outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne with my
gorgeous husband (Wes) and my 2 beautiful children (Maddi
& Riley). I own and run an Outdoor Group Personal
Training Business (Step into Life Croydon) and am also a
qualified Primary Teacher. My favourite things in life
are family, friends, travel, fitness, adventure,
personal development, champagne and smoked salmon. I
love helping other people to succeed and have a real
passion for learning. I believe that you get out of life
what you put in. I am really looking forward to sharing
with you some of my favourite books. Happy reading J.

Kris Rollag
Hello from Kris. I am an American
citizen, Australian resident. In my previous life I was an
unhappy pharmacist. In my current life, I’m a joyful
stay-at-home-mom without kids (and a wedding & portrait
photographer). Health & fitness of mind, body and spirit has
become my top priority the last 6 months. I love to travel,
paint under the influence of vodka, quilt late into the night,
write stories that would shock my mother and contemplating the
fuzz in my navel while walking the gorgeous beaches of the South
Coast of NSW. You can checkout my website here www.krisrollag.com.au
Dianne Davidson
Hi All. I am a 46 year old Mom of 4 boys. I think
perhaps I am the only one of the reviewers from Canada!
As I look outside there is almost 4 feet of snow.
(That's well over a meter). I have worked for over 25
years with the physically and mentally disabled. My
place of employment for the past 24 years is closing
this year.
I am facing a huge challenge, as I'm NOT ready for
retirement!! My favorite things to do are reading, bike
riding, walking, listening to music and watching
Survivor!! I live in a small town with 3 parks including
a public beach and a brand new bike path that runs along
the waterfront. My life took a major detour 6 years ago.
It keeps getting Better all the time.
Tami Brinkley
Greetings and salutations, I am writing you from a
slight speck on the map, named Phenix City, Alabama,
USA. Yes, I am painfully aware we spelled Phenix wrong,
but once they made all the signs, we were stuck with it!
My name is Tami, maybe you’ve heard of me but more than
likely not. I am a mom with two children. Austen is
eight and Mandi is 17, which is like having two only
children, but not really. I work at an extremely
well-known insurance company in Georgia. I am a
supervisor but my true passion is training as I love to
teach, motivate and inspire. Unfortunately, I have ADD
so my long and short term goals rotate daily. ADD does
have its pros and cons though, like I’m very creative and
have lots of ideas, and but it takes a huge amount of
concentrated effort to complete one task. Which kinda
sucks because I am always thinking of new stuff to do.
I need a slightly less orange team of Oompa loompas to
handle the details, maybe pink ones. I could tell you
more but Craig limited me to 100 words… and I am sure I
have reached my max. Thanks and enjoy the book club!
