To date, no amount of verbal or written reminders (even when coming from the Board of Directors) has had any effect. Deadlines are consistently missed to the detriment of every other member of the team, but there does seem to be a never-ending supply of excuses and explanations. <br/><br/>Short of smacking this woman across the back of the head (the technique I’m contemplating right now), do you have any advice for dealing with the DQ?
