2014: Part 2

How’s your year going? If you haven’t realised it, you’re just about to step into the first day of the second half of 2014. Part 2. Wow!

That flew didn’t it?

Actually it didn’t, but let’s leave that ‘bending time’ discussion for another day. So, without beating yourself up, immersing yourself in some kind of self-loathing or over-thinking the crap out of it, what’s the YOU update? The start of July is the perfect time to do a “how’s my year going?” stock-take. To see how your intentions and actions, goals and results, theory and reality have lined up so far.

Remember that personal growth is a journey, not a moment in time, so it’s crucial that you take moments to reflect, assess, adjust and re-focus (if need be) along the way. If you’re going great, then great. Keep it up! If you’ve maybe let yourself down a little, then acknowledge what ‘is’ without beating yourself up, turn down the emotion, turn up the strategy and use this little reminder to hit the reset button.

Silver Princess youre making him blush already!! LOL! Thanks Craig to you and my husnband for conformation. He said to me this AM that i am the “healthiest” vegan he knows. He said like your sister is so skinny, and some others, they are just so thin, i said oh in “healthy” you mean FAT!? He said no, you just have a good size to you. I said probably because i don’t eat as clean as i should and i can step up my workout a bit. I don’t know if i should feel hurt or appreciative because i look “healthy”. But i will step up my eating game, i need more beans and my workout.

Had a rotten first half sick most of last term and then a medial so starting second half of year at daylesford with two days of spa treatments walkin and meditation. So second half has to be better. You are inspirational Craig and disappointed that wasn’t your abs.!!!!!
