Queensland Workshop (or) RYB with CAH in QLD

I’m coming to the Sunshine State!

No post today, just some news. Next month (in five weeks from this Sunday) I’m heading north to the thriving metropolis of Brisbane to share a little “getting in shape” love with the good folk of Queensland. I’ll be running a one day program called “Renovate Your Body” (RYB). I ran a half day version of this program in Brisbane last year but the longer format allows me to introduce a bunch of new content while exploring other subject matter in greater detail.

The program is specifically designed for people who have history of “almost” getting in shape. That is (1) people who know what to do, but don’t (always) do what they know (2) people who have been losing and re-gaining weight since the eighties! (3) people who are perpetually going through peaks and troughs of motivation and commitment (4) people who feel as though they have wasted far too much time and genetic potential (5) people who have let their psychology get in the way of their physiology and (6) people who think that self-control and discipline are dirty words. If any one of the above points resonates with you then you’ll find value in coming along to RYB. It is my experience and observation that for most of us, our body is not the problem but rather a symptom (or by-product) of the problem(s); which is why treating a body is never as effective as treating the person. :)

*Note: We are offering a thirty percent discount to people who book and pay in full by Wednesday, Oct. 21, midnight (Melb. time). We have really tried to make this program affordable so that cost would not be a major hurdle for many people.

Some Details:

Date: Sunday, November 22, 2009
Registration: 0800
Workshop: 0830 – 1700
Cost: $195.00 – or $136.00 (30% discount) if paid in full by Wed, Oct. 21, midnight, Melbourne time.
Venue: Rydges
Address: Cnr. Grey and Glenelg streets, Southbank, Brisbane

For more info and/or to book, click here.

If you have any questions, you can call Johnny on (03) 9553 8857 during business hours.

Hope to see you there :)

xx

P.S. Yes, we will be rolling out the same workshop in most Australian states and possibly New Zealand within the next six months. Of course I would love to visit the States, Canada, England, South Africa, etc. but it’s a bit of a trip for one day!

If you can bring this to townsville one day that would be fabulous. Yes I know we want more and more.

I feel like you are doing this workshop just for me.

Well I’m excited – N.Z!!. Have you thought about which City/Cities yet Craig? I live in Blenheim, a beautiful little city that has expanded rapidly over the past decade. We can boast of a magnificient convention centre to equal any in Australia and probably best in NZ. It also has a fairly well equipped gym. Just a thought.

oh right Michael, you’re ok with being a spectator….
If you can cope with Rubik’s cubes, just go ahead and put that big brain to work on the bod. It wants you to :)
think about that!!!!

I say this with love :)

How cool. I was only just wondering when you may return to sunny QLD. I’ll check the diary but hope to be there with bells on. Have a great weekend everyone. :)

Okee, dokee – whilst I think I have a handle on the eating thing and really don’t need to lose weight (wasn’t always so…..have been on that journey )….my fitness tho’ is a challenge, so I guess that means I’m in!! Am sure a day listening (er….participating in !) a workshop with Craig will be amazing.

Michael, please come. I don’t think the big man bite’s !!
And… we’re getting a discount – think about it, anyhow.

Happy weekend all,
Mon
