This you may not like or agree with but that does not affect the truth in the statement. Its seems really hard for some to grasp that if you are not happy you should lower your standards.Thats the secret the future can only arrive in the present. Meaning the present moment, is your life, so make the most of it. If you are not happy immediatly lower your standards to where you are happy not later but this second. You are one thought from happy and the difference between happy and sad is simply a thought or call it a choice or decision they all amount to a thought or mental process that you control whether or not you are aware of this you are still in control and making the choices about whether your happy or not. To be honest I never ask myself questions like how do I feel? duh. The secret is not to buy into the "better person if" scam. You will feel the same until you don't. the difference being a thought.

All of you know all this already. I am not fond of self-help stuff in general because then there would be a problem duh hehe
smart advice from a lazy slacker type
said with a smile but is still great advice.
