Fitness Q and A Video-post with Uncle Craig

Hello my champions… how goes the game of life?
Hope you’re in the action and not on the bench.

The bald man and I dragged out the video camera just before to share some cyber-love with you all… we’re like that. We have decided to go with a weekly video-post as they seem to work well and we have had some positive feedback (and it’s waaaaaay easier and quicker than writing a post). While we’ll try and make them mildly amusing, we will also endeavour to provide a level of motivation and education.
You know I struggle to be grown-up for too long… but I’ll do my best.

Take a peak… it’s in two parts and goes for nearly twenty minutes.

Enjoy your weekend.

Part 1.

Part 2.

Hello Craig,

Very entertaining, informative, and quite enlightening (on a few things)!

Craig, nice to see you in pastels… you’re so versatile!

Johnnie, I’d love to get with you and discuss your marathon workout… I start soccer (football) on a co-ed team in Feb… I was thinking a marathon or two before then would help my cardio stamina…. less than four months, any and all recommendations are welcome.

CH- I absolutely love the videos but don’t stop writing too…. you are quite effective in both mediums…

Wow, thanks for the video! I found your site a month ago, and in the busyness of my days I’ve been a hit and miss reader, a step-child in your gyst program (never signed up or wrote about it but am working on my progress). You’ve won me over with your video, though, and my commitment deepens. Best of luck to Johnny in the marathon and best of luck to you both in this new medium. Thank you for all you do. Yours is a holy work….

Hey Craig.
You guys have wayyy too much fun for a job. It shouldn’t be allowed :)
I am a fan a both mediums, but please don’t stop writing. Its something special for me to print out and take with me to the caf and read over my coffee, motivates me for the day. And I keep the really awesome ones and re-read them when feeling wobbly.
Hi Johnnie- go man go….qudos on the marathon decision.

Ah, these question and answer things are great. Definitely a lot of fun to watch and learn from.

By the way, for youtube, if you apply to change your account to a “director’s” account, you can upload videos that’s over 10 minutes. (I wish they had that before I uploaded my 11-minute video…) There are other types like comedians, musicians, etc. I am not familiar with those ones but you can also look into them.

Hi Guys ( included Johnnie for obvious reasons) love the video posts but I have told you that one or two hundred times before. What can I say they are great , keep them up and great last question Johnnie.
Now I have another for you along the same lines I have a personal trainer for an hour a week ( when I am not away, sick , in hospital etc…). I want to lose 23kg, I know what foods to go for etc… but what balance of exercise should I do at home e.g how much cardio, what sort of weights etc.. how often . I want the whole option thing happening …..leaner , fitter , stronger….more able to leap tall buildings in a single bound….sorry scrap that last bit…

Cheers

I was starting to get into your site until I viewed this video blog. I’m sorry, not a fan. I like most of your content and ideas, however, don’t have time to watch a couple of self-indulgent guys excited to be using a video camera.

Writing blogs may take you a bit longer Craig, but it helps make your point succinct and doesn’t include you and your pal mucking around. This I would prefer to do with my own work mates.
