Dear High-Performance Machines….

Hello you crazy, wacky, kids.
You high-performance, excitement machines.
Waddya doin‘ reading this when you should be off doing, creating and being freakin‘ amazing?
I was going to pen something moderately entertaining, amusing and thought-provoking today, but then I thought… nah, what do they do for me?
Just gaggin‘, been busy.

I intended to share some Craig-love, but today has been frantically busy and I have been backed into a ‘no-post-for-today’ corner. Did TV, radio and a two hour workshop all before 2.30pm, so I’m a tired boy right now. My fingers and the keyboard haven’t been in the same room until now, so maybe instead of me inspiring you, you can inspire someone else? Yourself even? Me maybe? Sometimes life deals up a little mayhem and busy-ness, so you and I will cope, you will have an amazing weekend (that’s an order), you will have some fun and learn a lesson or two, I will eat cheesecake, go to an 80′s theme birthday party (happy birthday Beth), do some radio and go to the beach, and we will meet here in a day or two for a debrief, some team-bonding, a little learning and hopefully a laugh.
‘Cause we can.

Enjoy your weekend, don’t miss me too much and if you’re doing something amazing (or mildly interesting), let me know via the comments thingy.

Love youse.

Craig.

Hmmm I’m taking my 8 month old grand daughter for her first ever swimming lesson, going to work, studying, training at the gym and making a promise to myself to start eating healthy stuff again and no more chinese food!

Damn but I would kill for some cheesecake.

Have an awesome weekend!

Hi Craig

I did three (count’em 3!) pushups today. Not those wussy old girly push ups on my knees either – boy push ups! The kind where my body is ram rod straight in a line, no bum in the air, all the way down, ouchy hurty push ups. My first proper push ups ever. I am so happy!!!!!!! (Please excuse the excessive use of exclamation marks – but I am just thrilled.

You told me a couple of months ago to “do something amazing”. Well, I’m working on amazing Baby, I’m working on it.

*hugs*

Hello Craig…

Inspire you?
that’s like buying a gift for the man who has everything!

However, I can catch you up on me.
Saw A Christmas Carol last night… simply fantastic.
Got me all warm & fuzzy for the holidays.
Denim & Diamonds party today (Friday)…
kind of a party mixed with an award ceremony, red carpet and all.
Working out tonight and following it up with a pedicure…
Getting the Christmas tree tomorrow (Saturday) and decorating it, the house, and the yard with the kids.
Afterward meeting the girls at a martini bar, I’ll be the one having the water, shaken, not stirred.
Aren’t martinis clear anyway,
I don’t think an olive is quite the compliment to my h2o though?
Then it’s off to the company Christmas Party with a band from the 70′s entertaining…
the Ojay’s (a little before my time I’m afraid).
Where me, my girls and about 4000 other employees and their significants will be dancing to music,
I was possibly conceived on…
there’s a visual I don’t need…
(both the dancing and the conception).
Still need a cocktail dress…
I only have 2 black ones but kind of wanted red or green…
ooooo or gold….
Oops! Sorry my internal monolog took over.

So far my Sunday is clear except a really long, quite extensive workout…
my favorite day in the gym…
no one is there… like being queen for the day…
without the crown and the throne…

yep… that’s a snapshot of my weekend…
thus far…
glad you’re busy Craig…
busy is movement and movement is good!
Enjoy the beach and the party….
I would know all the lyrics at your party…
You need a huge “Relax” T-shirt!
And some checked Vans….
and a few Swatch watches….

(Ange, thanks for not running from the hug. Besides, I am to Craig as Koala is to Gorilla! LOL… And you are still fantastic!)

I’ve been given higher duties at work while my Manager is on holidays for 8 weeks. My manager once removed is unsure I can do it so I have something to prove now. I like having something to prove… makes life interesting ;o)

I took the day off on Friday, after going to the gym to train I did… NOTHING!! For quite a few hours then went to my sis’ place to spend some time with her, my niece and nephew.

Went to the Osborne Park Agricultural show on Saturday with them. Ate a warm doughnut… the first ones in quite a few years and they were very tasty!! Had a traditional show hamburger and was very disappointed… they don’t make them like they used to!! So enjoyed a relaxed day of eating and back to the clean diet tomorrow.

Have a great weekend :o )

Every day can be AMAZING…
Every day can be INSPIRATIONAL…
Every day you can make progress on your own journey whilst helping others on theirs….
My job today… and every day… Help people realise their full potential, releasing their past to help them move forward into the future… Help people realise they are so much more than just a bag of skin and cells and tissues, they are a soul with a higher level of consciousness than just breathing, sleeping and eating!!! Help people on their journey through life when they become stuck, are in pain, or need some assistance by showing and teaching them unconditional love…
One at a time make a difference to everyone that I meet, and to help them realise we all originate from the same energy source, we are all one and the same, and we can all use some help and guidance along the way…

My day today involved treating a young girl (aged around 22)who suffered depression, was not in her power and allowed others to dictate her moods, her thoughts and her life. She was not very kind to herself (huge lack of self love, scars all over her arms where she had cut herself repeatedly..)… My job… to help her realise self responsibility and self love….that everything that has happened to her in her life is because she has brought it in to learn valuable life lessons. She brings the lessons (and pain)in, so she has the power to take them out again.
I am a very small part of a huge puzzle, and am only a road sign along the journey of her life. I can give her knowledge, but free will gives her the choice to do what she likes with it!!!
This young lady I treated today would definitely be regarded as very beautiful, particularly in looks, but her lack of self confidence and self love does not allow her to let her beauty shine!!
I have one of the best and most rewarding jobs ever!!! My biggest challenge is to do my job and walk away!!! I can’t do the healing for them, only provide knowledge, and unlock a few doors hidden within them… Free will is the greatest gift we all have… we get to choose how we live our lives!!!

Hi Craig,

My first time here visiting you, but I am off to NZ tomorrow to represent Aust in the Commonwealth Powerlifting Titles – I think that is amazing and very scary!
