Its always fascinating to take a gander at the latest cooking and diet books. They reflect current trends and a pop culture state of mind which guides our review of our own taste preferences and points of reference. My own experience has taught me that you benefit from listening to your intuition and your mind to eat and live healthy. Listening to your physical and emotional signs enables you to positively influence your well-being.
