Good to see that even the &#039;gurus&#039; have to keep on the ball and maintain the pain! &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Hey, I did my first aerobics / stretchy thing session yesterday and was surprised to learn that, a) I too, am as flexible as a half brick and, b) have all the co-ordination of of a stunned wombat.  It certainly didn&#039;t look very hard last week when I thought it was a &#039;good idea&#039;.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I also didn&#039;t know that it went for an hour... not the alleged 1/2 hr.   &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;TIP: Crying out &quot;Should you be doing this to a pregnant 80 year old?!&quot; just makes the trainer step up a gear, so don&#039;t do it.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And the sick thing is...
