I have been very slowly changing my habits (drinking a lt. of water a day, at least; stop drinking soda; now eating 5 portions of fruits and vegetables daily) and I&#039;m getting in touch with my feelings.. allowing myself to feel (vs. numb myself) and experience sadness, frustration, fear.. Thanks, Mel! Now I think I can reach my goal even faster, you are an inspiring example.</description>
