Kids have little concept of what is around them at the best of times. Their vision is short just like there attention span. You could sound proof the office? I have found that kids learn early on that rules are to be broken. They don’t tend to build boundries (we do that) because they serve them no purpose. We do that in later life. Keep up the good work. Life has taught me that what I initially feel is a wrong turn on a winding road can actually turn out to be the choice that gets me back on track. Recently, I had accompanied a friend who was on route to a particular venue with a particular agenda. We felt late and had trouble finding the planned destination. We thought we had missed a turn in the road. One thing led to another. Rather than getting frustrated about the botched first plan and potential missed opportunity, we stumbled on a scenic place and decided to stop for coffee. Chatting like we do, we spoke with a dapper restaurant manager who happened to be scouting for a gallery exhibitor after a last minute cancellation. My friend submitted a proposal which led to a serene exhibition that opened doors to a new career. Turned out we were in the right place in the right time after all. We simply didn’t know it at first. This opened our eyes to the power and impact of serendipity.
