What body type are you and what does it mean?
There are three typical types of body shapes:
Famous Ectomorphs:
Lisa Kudrow, Kate Moss, Brad Pitt, Edward Norton, Matthew Lappin
How to exercise – More strength training (50%), less cardio (30%), some stretching (20%)
Famous Endomorphs
Kim Beasley, John Goodman, Roseanne, Jack Black.
How to exercise – moderate strength training (30%), more cardio (50%), some
stretching (20%)
Famous Mesomorphs:
Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Anthony Koutafides
How to exercise – moderate strength training (40%), moderate cardio (40%), some stretching (20%)
