I love this; i have a skipping rope at home and a step not doing anything; so am going to bring them in to work! thankfully it&#039;s the quietest time of the year in my office so will have NO probs fitting 7 mins in on the hour!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;INGENIOUS!</description>
