Strength Training Without a Gym

Hello you crazy, wacky, funsters.
I trust that your week is going well and that in between your bouts of ‘amazing’, you’re finding your ‘off’ switch.

I need to apologise in advance for the audio on today’s videos… we had a few production issues and let’s just say that the boy Spielberg is in no immediate danger.
It’s kind of crappy sound for the first minute or so but it improves a little.

Today we take a look at some great ideas to train your body with little or no equipment.
You don’t need barbells, cables or machines to work a muscle effectively, that’s for sure.
Big thanks to the lovely Sarah who demonstrated the exercises for me.
She’s not quite as pretty as me but good try anyway Sarah!

The instructionals were wonderful.
The audio was fine…
I could hear your instructions,
while Sarah demonstrate… brilliant execution!

Sarah looks great and at 96 lbs!
I have seen me below 100 lbs…
and trust me…
No muscle tone like that!

Hey did anyone notice that when you start Part 2 there’s a little swirly thingy coming out of Sara’s bum like a silent fluff. hehehehe

OK I’ll try to grow up now. Great instructions and a few new exercises I’ve never seen before.

Oh and Craig it’s considered to ask a girl her age and her weight. So how many times did you ask this of the lovely Sara???? Bad Craig!!

I recently found your site and spend the last hour or more watching your videos and reading your articles.

I love the information you are providing in such a practical way and it is entertaining as well. Love your jokes and sense of humor. You don’t seem to take yourself too seriously.
