You could probably live on 2 chocolate bars a day &amp; still lose weight. U&#039;d probably feel like crap but u could still lose some weight. I guess it doesn&#039;t take a genius to figure it out but sometimes it seems so complicated that u give up.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I&#039;ve just been busted by a co-worker eating a banana for breakfast. She told me i shouldn&#039;t be eating a banana because it is hi GI or some crap like that. &quot;bugger off&#039; i say. Sorry. Had to get it out of my system.
