		<description>Yes theres some good take home points about lofat high sugar products misleading the general public, that they are healthier. The key is to include a variety oif fresh produce including nuts, seeds, some dairy (if you eat dairy), some wholegrain pata/bread, avoid any white flour products while are empty calories. Avocadoes, almonds, peanuts theyre all good for you, it doesnt matter if somethings 50% fat and 5% carbs, itll produce near on no insulin spike and not get stored as fat anyway. The key is understanding what the foods we eat each day add up to as thats the key- regardless the fat/carb/protein content within reason, a 2000calorie example with not make people any fatter regardless of 20% fat include or 30% fat intake. The higher fat intake will most likely produce the most favourable bodyfat % drop as it regulates hormones and means your eating less carbs and still good amount of protein. Cheers</description>
