I am fat by choice. I gorge myself and eat enough for three people. Its total disregard for portion control. I had a baby a year ago and still haven’t lost the weight. Gained ten more pounds. I like this article. It turns wheels that need to be turned. I know some people might b offended but not me I like tough love.

I used to think that fat people were just lazy and brought it upon themselves. While that might apply to some I now believe that Fat is No Longer a Choice. I did about 3 weeks of research on this.

Check out my article on The Fructose Wars – How Fat is no Longer a choice I used to be obese as a child from all the Soda and candy I ate. I can now look past my prejudice and see the plight of these obese folks.

i woke up this morning already tired of realizing it was another fat day for me, then thought of all the other people – especially women i know that have chosen to stay fat. i’ve always thought that about them but never about myself. today i see it is ME! so i decided to check the web to see any artcles on fat by choice – and there it was. thank you. a turning point for me – i will stay in touch. thanks – jan near chicago

yes yes and yeah baby! it's all true and the more ppl got that into their thick skulls, a lot healthier a large proportion of the population would be.

i HATE it when ppl make excuses for being overweight. i KNOW why i am, cos i ate too much crap and didn't move much for too flaming long! it's not rocket science! sheesh!
