		<description>Thanks for continuing to provide excellent information that we can actually use! &lt;br/&gt;Im new to your website &amp; I find that im checking in daily to see if any new posts have been added.&lt;br/&gt;I think I definatley needed to read this post as someone who has been training hard and consistently over the last 12 months, I cant believe that something as short as the last 4day long weekend has actually slightly thrown me off track making it harder to get back into training again this morning! &lt;br/&gt;But the important thing is that I did &amp; I have a another training session this afternoon that Im really looking forward to now! &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;So thanks again Craig for the information &amp; motivation that I needed to get moving today!  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Shell, Melbourne</description>
