“A Kick-Start to Your Best Body”

About the Program: While anyone can participate, this program was created for people who have a history of weight problems and for those who are sick and tired of being sick and tired. If you’re three kilos over-weight, this is not for you. If you’re somewhere in the region of ten to one hundred kilos overweight, you’ll benefit from this program – if you’re genuinely ready to change. All the education and training sessions will be conducted by Craig at his centre in Brighton, Victoria.

What does this program involve?

  • Daily education sessions – classroom, lecture style (lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, psychology)
  • Daily training sessions – indoors and outdoors (easy-peasy, no need to panic)
  • Testing – fitness, body-composition, strength (again, no need to panic)
  • An individual thirty minute coaching session with Craig (maybe panic a little ;) ). Just kidding.
  • A training diary
  • A signed copy of Fattitude
  • A group meal on the Friday

When is it? March 8-12 (Mon-Fri) 7pm – 10pm(ish).     

* There will also be additional time required for individual mentoring sessions.

How many places are available? Twelve only.

Getting big numbers to such a program would be easy but Craig would prefer to work with a small group and spend more time getting to know, understand and coach the individuals in that group.
