Remember and use peoples names. I make a conscious effort to find out everyones name. My local store clerk, my child's kindergarten teacher(s) (all of them). Butcher, baker, deli, library clerk, university classmates. I mean everyboy. When you start using peoples names the differences are astounding. Thanks for another colossal article.
